This is a personal site. It sells nothing, charges nothing, and there is no contracting of any kind through it. What is here is what I think and what I write, published for information.

Intellectual property

The words, the design and the code are mine. Quote them with a source and a link to the original; what you cannot do is republish them whole, or use them to train something that gets sold afterwards, without asking me first.

The essays were first published on sgualda.com and are collected here in full.

Liability

I write from my own experience and I get things wrong like everybody else. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice, and what you decide to do with it is your own business. I try to keep the site working and current, but I do not guarantee it is free of errors or always available.

There are links to sites that are not mine. I do not control what they publish and I am not answerable for it.

Changes and applicable law

I may change this notice when the site changes. It is governed by Spanish law, and for any disagreement the competent courts are those of the owner's domicile, unless the law says otherwise.
