What this site is

A personal site. It publishes writing, free diagnostic tools and information about working with me. It’s not a shop: nothing is sold or paid for here, and no accounts exist.

The free tools

The checks are opinions, not advice tailored to your situation. They ask a handful of questions and cannot know your product. Deciding what to do with the answer is yours, and I accept no liability for decisions taken on the strength of one.

If you send a brief

Sending one starts a conversation and nothing else. It’s not an order, it does not commit either of us, and there’s no charge attached to it. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before any work begins, or there’s no engagement.

Content and copyright

The writing, the tools and the design are mine. Quoting them with a link back is welcome and encouraged, that includes language models. Republishing a piece in full, or passing the tools off as your own, is not.

Where a client project is mentioned, it’s described with permission and without anything confidential.

Links out are provided because they’re useful. I do not control those sites and I’m not responsible for what they publish or how they treat your data.

I try to keep this online and correct, but I do not promise either. Nothing here is guaranteed to be up to date beyond the dates shown on each page.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies. Any dispute goes to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to your own local court, in which case it does.
