Each stage has a different problem, and advice that saves you in one can hurt you in another. They are numbered, not ordered — pick the one you are in.

- 03 Nobody came You launched. Nothing happened. This is where I’ve lost the most.
- 04 Make it repeatable It works. Now do it again, with other people.
- 05 Charging for it Someone has to pay. This is the part I’m weakest at.
